We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with experience in bringing products from the early concept stages to production.

You will work with a world-class team of reliability, design, and validation engineers to manage the schedule, resources, and technical deliverables required to achieve reliability targets.

Drive alignment and be the key liaison for the reliability development program across a diverse set of subject matters and development teams.

Core responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and drive the master schedule for the DfR program, ensuring all reliability milestones are met within the development process.

Drive the process for setting, cascading, and communicating Reliability requirements and targets for components, subsystems, and assemblies.

Program-manage and track the execution of our DFMEA programs, ensuring resulting reliable design choices and validation test improvements are implemented and tracked to closure.

Own the coordination and successful completion of the reliability section of all design reviews.

Oversee the development of reliability design guidelines and the application of reliability lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.

Assess, track, and clearly communicate reliability risk at each phase of the program, driving activities to successfully burn-down risk before SOP.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field 4+ years of industry experience in a program management role focused on technical product development, with a strong background in reliability or related engineering disciplines.
