About the role

What you will do

  • Identify and source candidates for GTM roles including SDR, Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Pre-Sales
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, etc.)
  • Develop a strong understanding of GTM business functions and hiring needs
  • Clearly differentiate between teams such as Sales Development vs. Sales, Marketing vs. Pre-Sales, etc.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and candidate profiles
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders
  • Align on role requirements, candidate quality, and hiring timelines
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Use data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and sourcing tools

What you will need

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably for GTM roles
  • Experience sourcing for roles such as SDR, AE, AM, Marketing, or Pre-Sales
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions and organizational structures
  • Ability to interpret hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
