THE WORK:

At Ripple Treasury, we are building the future of CFO operations—a world where traditional cash management and digital assets coexist without friction. In this role, you will be the architect of our ecosystem, bridging the gap between Ripple’s blockchain infrastructure and the global financial networks our customers rely on.

You will identify, secure, and scale high-impact partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), top-tier banking institutions, and fintech innovators to drive the adoption of our unified treasury platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our partners act as force-multipliers for our revenue, customer success, and global footprint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ecosystem Strategy: Define and execute a global partnership roadmap, focusing on partners that can accelerate our reach into the enterprise CFO stack (ERP, TMS, and Bank Connectivity).

  • GTM Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build "co-sell" motions, ensuring partners are equipped to position Ripple’s unique value in liquidity optimization and real-time settlement using XRP and RLUSD.

  • Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track partner-influenced ARR and pipeline velocity, maintaining a high standard of program rigor and reporting.

  • Executive Representation: Act as a key spokesperson for Ripple Treasury at industry forums and in C-suite briefings, articulating how blockchain-based treasury solves the "trapped capital" problem.

  • Product Liaison: Translate market and partner feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our platform remains the gold standard for enterprise digital asset adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience: 7+ years in enterprise software partnerships, alliances, or strategic GTM roles, preferably within Fin Tech, ERP, or Payments.

  • Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the CFO technology stack and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Familiarity with blockchain, stablecoins, and liquidity management is highly preferred.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of structuring complex agreements and running successful partner programs that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to navigate a matrixed global organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority—building strong relationships with senior partner executives.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using tools like Salesforce and Tableau to forecast and report on partnership health.

  • Mindset: You are a bold and passionate thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by the mission to build an Internet of Value.
