As a Manager, Game Production on League of Legends, you will work closely with producers, product managers, and cross-discipline leaders to guide teams from conception through launch and live operations. You will be the custodian of strong delivery processes and ensure that collaboration with other teams runs smoothly. You will oversee a team of teams work, build work systems, ensure execution, and provide stakeholders and customers with visibility on complex deliverables. You will also ensure teams work at a sustainable pace and continuously improve. You will work with an offsite team to oversee their development of features and services and ensure they are incorporated into the team’s work system. Your role will report to the Sydney Studio Senior Manager in Game Production on League of Legends.
Responsibilities:

Directly manage and grow production and product management craft across multiple teams and projects.

Drive strategic alignment across initiatives to ensure work supports both local and global objectives.

Maintain and report on project status regularly to stakeholders, customers, and dependent teams.

Facilitate conversations, identify misalignment areas in development, and develop risk mitigation plans.
-
Provide leadership guidance, mentorship, and feedback to producers and product leads.
-
Foster healthy and efficient co-development practices between Sydney and partner studios.
-
Champion team health, culture, and long-term sustainability.
-
Identify and communicate production risks and opportunities across teams and product verticals.
Required Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience shipping games, applications, or software in a production/product/program management role.
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a people management role or team leadership, coaching and mentoring.

Proven experience leading teams through major development phases (planning, execution, release, and post-launch).
-
Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across disciplines and time zones.

Experience fostering collaboration across distributed global teams.

Previous experience in game development, live service operations, or related entertainment fields.
