Reporting to the GM of EMEA and working closely with global leads and the development team, you will drive subregional strategies aligned with the broader regional and global objectives. Your deep understanding of market trends and cultural nuances will be critical as you work to deliver exceptional value to players while ensuring optimal operational efficiency and performance.
You will play a key role in advocating for your subregion’s needs in global decision-making processes and ensuring that subregional product ecosystems and community involvement thrive. -
Scale impact through partners, including a broad ecosystem of agencies, vendors, first parties, and external partners, ensuring strong creative quality and operational execution.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or comparable professional experience.
-
8+ years of experience in game publishing, sports, entertainment, or non-traditional media brands, with a track record of shaping regional strategies and delivering outcomes.
-
Proven experience leading regional publishing or marketing strategy across multiple EMEA markets.
-
Strong audience-first mindset, with the ability to turn insight into product and publishing action.
-
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage product environments.
-

Experience working with or adjacent to sports or culturally driven audiences, including brand or platform partnerships.
-
