职责 (Responsibilities):
战略规划与顶层架构 (Vision & Strategy)
- 作为核心决策层,与制作人深度协同,制定产品的核心愿景、市场定位及长期战略。确立项目的宏观设计方向(核心循环、商业化模型、社交结构),确保设计目标与商业价值、IP内核高度对齐,构建竞争壁垒。
创意驱动与产品进化 (Innovation)
- 敏锐洞察相关游戏品类痛点,不仅仅是复刻经典,主动提出具前瞻性的设计构想,推动团队做出超越现有热门游戏的差异化体验,满足用户深层需求。
落地执行与跨部门协同 (Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership)

高质量执行: 负责将宏观战略转化为可执行的设计方案,能准确转达给策划团队,并确保顺利融入到游戏的体验中。

资源整合: 作为设计团队对外的核心枢纽,与程序、美术、IP及发行团队建立紧密互信的合作关系,确保核心系统以高标准准时交付。
团队管理与建设 (Team Leadership)

标准确立: 建立高标准的策划工作流、文档规范与评审机制,打造高效、透明、沉淀知识的团队文化。

团队组建: 负责团队的招聘与梯队搭建,吸引顶尖人才;成为策划设计能力标杆,担任策划导师角色,通过绩效管理与专业辅导,提升策划团队专业水平。
岗位要求 (Required Qualifications):

从业经验: 8年以上游戏策划经验,3年以上游戏核心研发与长线运营经验,并在期间担任主导角色。

管理经验: 3年以上团队管理经验及团队建设的经历。

专业度: 透彻理解游戏底层逻辑,能深度分析拆解主流品类趋势,并具备打破常规的创新设计能力。

跨职能合作: 卓越的逻辑思维与沟通领导力,能推动跨职能团队达成共识。

游戏阅历: 深入体验过至少两款主流手游。
加分项 (Desired Qualifications):

有主导过年流水亿级游戏产品的完整研发与上线经验。

有全球化游戏产品的研发或运营经验。

英语流利,能适应国际化办公环境。

具备极强的数学建模能力,能独立验证复杂数值系统。

熟悉单机游戏经典作或熟悉拳头游戏宇宙观者优先。
