This is where you and your skills come in.

We’re currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst:

The Senior Business Analyst manages sales performance metrics and monitors sales credits and bookings. This position will be the primary person to handle, systematize, and resolve sales crediting disputes to ensure the accuracy of sales commissions.

Day-to-day Activities:

  • Leads managing sales disputes and inquiries.

  • Validates crediting data and identifies computational/mathematical gaps.

  • Ensures credit guidelines and company policies are applied to all sales.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and expand business know-how.

  • Designs and adapts crediting processes and sales reports as the business evolved.

  • Creates reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance.

  • Establishes regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote a data-driven approach to monitoring business operations.

Essential Skills:

  • Confirmed data analytics experience of at least 2 years

  • Have used MS Excel in building usable reports

  • Has excellent oral and communication skills in English

  • Possesses strong intuition for business

  • Experience in using data engineering techniques to clean and process data

  • Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry Experience in Tableau Experience using Salesforce

  • Excellent oral and communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs is a plus!

Business Analysis.

  • At least 2 years of work experience in data analytics, data visualization, data engineering,

information systems, or other related fields

  • Amenable to working on a night shift schedule (e.g. 2 AM to 11 AM MNL Tuesday to Saturday)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry Experience in Tableau Experience using Salesforce

  • Experience in Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce
