This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

We are seeking an Associate Manager to partner with GTM, sales, marketing, and leadership teams in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience building predictive models and scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.

  • Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.

  • Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and preferably one or more of the following: Python, R, Alteryx.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

  • (Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • (Preferred) Experience mentoring or leading analytics teams or projects.
