This is where you and your skills come in. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer on the AI Track to help shape the future of AI-driven experiences within our product ecosystem, with focus on the AI Conversation Expert (ACE) product.
As a Senior Product Designer focused on AI conversation analytics, you bring a blend of strong design mastery, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in complex, data-driven systems. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment—partnering with designers, product managers, and engineers—to create intuitive, intelligent, and impactful solutions powered by AI technologies.
To succeed in this role, you have a proven ability to:

Create user-centered designs by thoroughly understanding business requirements, user needs, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Deliver high-quality visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail and accessibility.

Quickly and iteratively create user flows, prototypes, and low- to high-fidelity designs.

Own the end-to-end design process from requirements gathering through final handoff.

A proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces for complex systems and data-intensive products.

Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities and model limitations into intuitive, transparent, and valuable user experiences.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices, especially as they apply to emerging AI technologies and conversational interfaces.

Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.

A passion for design and innovation, and an understanding that culture is the foundation of success in UX. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, and industry trends.

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as needed. You are a storyteller - you define the problem, help the audience empathize with the personas, and present solutions that hit on those problem spaces.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers on defining scope and ensuring that designs align with business goals and measurable user outcomes.

Work cross-functionally with Content Design and Design Systems teams for product consistency and scalability.

Support development through design reviews and QA collaboration to ensure spec fidelity.
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred).

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software companies designing complex user experiences.

Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec.

Availability to work early mornings/late evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones.

A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large projects.

Creating seamless experiences across complex, multi-role products with interconnected workflows and multiple touchpoints.

Demonstrating a strong grasp of the full product design–development lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering to deliver sophisticated, system-level features.

Integrating AI agents into workflows to empower users with context-aware insights and autonomous task execution.

Translating complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that are understandable for a general audience.

Bringing complex workflows to life through intuitive interactions and subtle animations that guide users and create a seamless, engaging experience.
