This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a dynamic Marketing leader who will be responsible for marketing strategy and execution for Ring Central in Australia together with our key Strategic partners. In collaboration with 2-3 of our Global service provider partners, you will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns. You will be the driving force in creating and promoting the use of marketing assets to help our partners generate pipeline around Ring Central.

You will have autonomy to build a marketing function with existing partners from the ground up, advising our business on the key marketing opportunities with our partners, together with what is required for you to execute your plan.

You will be part of the GSP team in Australia, working together to bring success. This role is visible and cross-functional, working closely and backed up by the EU and US teams and requiring regular communication with product management, sales and marketing functions among others.

This role can be aligned to full-time employment or 70% part-time, if necessary.

Responsibilities Include:

  • **Demand Generation -**Grow sales pipeline and new revenues for service provider products through demand generation campaigns including webinars, collateral, promotions, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach. Adapt Ring Central campaigns for our partners and manage execution through their marketing teams.

  • Marketing Enablement - Leverage existing Ring Central marketing materials and coordinate relevant toolkits of collateral that empower our partners to run programmatic inbound lead generation.

  • Marketing Planning - Drive marketing commitments from our partners through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns in lead and opportunity generation.

  • Sales Enablement - Enable Ring Central sales teams to conduct cross-country product training on sales best practices and playbooks. Serve as a liaison between sales and extended Ring Central Marketing team to provide updates on latest offerings, promotions, activities, and trends.

  • Product Release and Launches - Adapt Ring Central content for service provider-specific offers. Conduct customer and market research and provide input to product teams for new feature development.

  • Marketing Enablement

  • Allocate marketing development funds and maintain responsibility to justify return on investments. Work with partners to understand their marketing needs and galvanize their marketing efforts to promote Ring Central’s portfolio.

  • **Content Marketing -**Create compelling propositions, thought leadership and product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the country with/through partners.

  • Carrier Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with our partners across segments and regions. Build influence and win mindshare with key marketing stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian region with main focus on UCaaS and CCaaS.

  • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic alliance experience in partner marketing - diving deep into developing key accounts.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Solid project management capability.

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution.

  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to travel across Australia. If based in Sydney, 20-30% travel.
