Ring Sense AI is Ring Central’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers,

to its core software solutions.

Job Description:

The International Accounting Manager will be responsible for assisting with maintenance and preparation
of the financial statements of Ring Central foreign subsidiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance

with local GAAP. This person will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. This

person will have a “can-do” attitude and be able to roll up the sleeves to do hands-on work. This person will

assist with in-depth analysis of foreign currencies and, able to interpret technical guidance. This person will

serve as the main point of contact for audit, compliances, and financial matters related to entities located

outside of the United States. This person may also assist with maintaining and reconciling certain general

ledger accounts for other subsidiaries, and work with other members of the Accounting Department on other

special projects. This person will report directly to the Senior Manager, International Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end international accounting close and intercompany operations.Key
    contributor to the international accounting team for month‑end and quarter‑end close processes,

including preparing and posting journal entries. Oversee all intercompany transactions to ensure

compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements and accuracy of intercompany accounts.

  • Global financial reporting and variance analysis.Review financial statements and prepare balance
    sheet and P&L variance analyses for management reporting. Assist with month‑end financial reporting

activities, including the preparation of schedules, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for

global entities.

  • Financial Operations & Global Compliance.Lead global statutory compliance and US GAAP
    reporting by managing foreign subsidiary relationships, coordinating with third-party providers for

local filings, and overseeing withholding tax reconciliations

  • Process Architecture & Automation.Standardize complex end-to-end workflows and automate
    recurring month-end reporting using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions to enhance accuracy

and efficiency.

  • Strategic Collaboration & Audit Management.Partner with FP&A and business teams on budget
    planning and global expansion while serving as the primary liaison for external auditors and

implementing new accounting pronouncements Qualifications:

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with an active CPA
    license.

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, including a background in global
    consolidations and management responsibilities.

  • Technical Tools**: Advanced proficiency in** Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH,
    Array Formulas, Query) and a proven ability to design and automate complex financial
    workflows.

  • International Scope: Deep familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements for

international subsidiaries and global entities.

  • Financial Reporting: Expertise in preparing and presenting monthly financial decks, including

the analysis of key metrics and performance trends.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple

regional month-end deliverables under tight deadlines.

  • Strategic Mindset: A results-oriented "roll up the sleeves" approach combined with strong

analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on cross-

functional teamwork and a high sense of ownership.

  • Language: Minimum B2 English proficiency for effective communication across global regions.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in FASB ASC 830

  • Working knowledge of Net Suite and/or other major ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

  • Have worked in a high-tech company
