Ring Sense AI is Ring Central’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that Ring Central applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to multiple US-based Vice Presidents. This role is designed for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While the role is based in Manila, the focus is entirely on US operations, with the exception of providing onsite coordination and logistical leadership when US executives travel to the Manila office.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Complex Expense Management: High-proficiency lead in Concur, managing heavy expense reporting and reconciliation for multiple US-based VPs.

  • Travel & Logistics: Proactively manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel, ground transportation, visas, and international hotel RFPs as necessary.

  • US Calendar Coordination: Manage Outlook calendars across multiple US time zones, ensuring seamless support for multiple US-based VPs.

  • AI-Forward Productivity: Leverage tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance productivity, draft executive correspondence, and streamline administrative workflows.

  • Onsite Executive Liaison: Act as the primary on-the-ground lead and point of contact when US executives visit the Manila office, managing their local schedule, transportation, and onsite requirements.

  • Independent Project Support: Work independently to track follow-through on executive action items and manage cross-functional coordination between departments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting multiple US-based VPs, ideally within the tech industry or a similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Concur, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Workspace.

  • AI-Forward Skillset: Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to optimize executive support tasks.

  • Schedule Alignment: Must be committed to a permanent Manila Night Shift to align with Denver (MT) business hours. Preferred: Currently working night hours to ensure immediate lifestyle alignment.

  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to handle complex logistics independently and anticipate the needs of traveling executives.

  • Cultural Fit & EQ: High emotional intelligence and a positive, engaging attitude. Able to act as a professional bridge for US executives navigating their visits to the local region and coordinate externally-facing meetings with customers, partners, etc.
