This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst, Sales Compensation.
The Business Analyst manages sales performance metrics and monitors sales credits and bookings. This position will be the primary person to handle, systematize, and resolve sales crediting disputes to ensure the accuracy of sales commissions.

Business Analysis. Design and adapt crediting processes and sales reports as the business evolves. Validating crediting data, identifying computational/mathematical gaps, and ensuring that credit guidelines and company policies are applied to all sales. Create management reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance.

Collaboration and Communication. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and expand business know-how.

Stakeholder Management. Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders. Act as a POC to ensure effective communication and managing expectations within the company.

Regular Data Reporting. Establish regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote a data-driven approach to monitoring business operations.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:

Open for fresh graduates with a 4-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or any relevant field

Preferably with 2+ years of experience in analytics, business process design, and/or consulting
-
Strong working knowledge of data analytics using Excel in building usable reports.

Exposure in the sales operations and/or SaaS industry.

Experience utilizing Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs.

Excellent English communication skills.
Desired Qualifications

Reporting and Analytics - Solid proficiency in MS Office suite especially Ms Excel, very keen on cleaning and processing data, ensuring details are organized.

Integrity - high degree of confidentiality to manage sensitive and privileged information of internal business files and stakeholders

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work on night shift (2AM to 11AM MNL, Tuesday to Saturday) and amenable to work even during PH holiday

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
