Business Analyst, Supply Chain

Ring Sense AI is Ring Central’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that Ring Central applies to their core software solutions.
This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst, Supply Chain
The Business Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for the financial and operational health of our inventory. You will drive end-to-end supply planning while using BI tools to provide visibility into spend, stock health, and supplier performance. You will act as the "analytical engine" that ensures our AI-enabled hardware reaches customers efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analytics & BI:
Build and maintain dashboards to track supply and financial metrics, forecast accuracy, and vendor lead times. Use data-informed insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Strategic Supply & Financial Planning:
Develop supply plans that balance customer demand with financial targets. Align inventory strategies with Finance goals to optimize working capital and minimize "aged" stock.
- Inventory Orchestration:
Monitor key KPIs such as Days on Hand (DOH) and Safety Stock. Work closely with Finance to analyze the impact of inventory levels on the company’s bottom line.
- Cross-Functional Synergy:
Act as a liaison between Logistics, Demand Planning, and Finance. Collaborate with OEMs and Distributors to ensure timely availability while negotiating terms that align with budget constraints.
- Process Engineering:
Work with the team to transition the planning process from manual tracking to mature, automated systems. Implement best practices in supply chain intelligence to improve efficiency.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
- Experience:
3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or FP&A.
- Analytical Mindset:
Proficiency in translating complex datasets into strategic recommendations. You should be comfortable discussing both "lead times" and "cost variances."

Technical Toolkit:
Advanced Excel and Google Sheet Skills: (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Financial Modeling).

Data Visualization:
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
- ERP Systems:
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar enterprise tools optional
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Business.
Desired Qualifications:
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to interpret complex data and develop strategies that optimize supply and minimize costs.

Process Improvement and Supply Chain. Experience in process improvement initiatives, including driving supply chain and/or finance systems to maturity

Attention to Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in supply, inventory, and pricing and adjusting to dynamic business needs.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Team player. Strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability:
Agile in responding to changes in demand, supply constraints, or process improvements.

Tools expertise. Experience in finance and/or supply chain modelling with solid Excel and Google skills.

Passionate and high energy. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Shift. Willing to work on night shift

Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
