Our legal team is currently growing and looking for a Legal Contracts Analyst with French.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and translate legal documents from English to French (and vice-versa), ensuring legal nuances are preserved across jurisdictions.

  • Prepare and revise commercial agreements and other relevant documents.

  • Assist with a wide range of Legal functions for Ring Central, including contracts negotiation, corporate and compliance tasks, and related activities.

  • Collaborate with the global Legal team, as well as relevant stakeholders including Executives, HR, Engineering, Sales and all other relevant global teams to ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Masters degree in law.

  • Interest in contract law and its practical application in a business context is a plus.

  • Experience in a similar position as a contracts analyst, legal assistant, or legal internships are considered an advantage.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage caseload, meet deadlines and communicate legal issues and status of projects clearly to all levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.
