We are seeking a Product Owner for the Billing team to oversee intra-billing projects, including credit card processing and integration with payment systems. The role involves integrating our billing system with the main product and managing the processing of subscriptions for new users, both independent and through sales agents.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements for new billing-related product features.

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical tasks, maintaining a well-structured and prioritized product backlog.

  • Define comprehensive acceptance criteria and lead Business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.

  • Provide timely clarification and refinement of requirements, ensuring smooth adaptation throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams during discovery, implementation, and post-release feature support.

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst working on complex software systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and design scalable solutions.

  • Confident decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks effectively under tight project timelines.

  • Ability to quickly learn, process, and apply new information.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and visually.

  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written).

  • A strong passion for delivering best-in-class solutions and continuously improving the product to meet the highest market standards.
