Ring Sense AI is Ring Central’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that Ring Central applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing. Primary responsibility will be processing vendor invoices for all Ring Central subsidiaries using Concur and Net Suite. Maintain SLAs for AP case resolution.

  • Process Management. Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with guidelines including Fixed Asset policies, Approval Authority, Amortization, Cost Center/Account Guidelines, Country Specific Rules etc.

  • Process Improvements. Resolve issues and improve process by working collaboratively with Requestors, Procurement, Suppliers, Approvers and General Ledger Accounting

  • Stakeholder management. Working directly with the US executive assistant to ensure accurate & timely submission of expense reports.

  • Reports Management. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Support month-end closing activities.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 2 years Accounts Payable Experience on Invoice Processing

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO Finance/Accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients.

  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • CPA is a plus but not required.

  • Must be willing to work North American hours.

  • Experience with Concur invoice reporting system. Coupa & Auditoria is a plus but not required.

  • Experience with ERP systems: Net Suite preferred however SAP or Oracle is okay.

  • In addition to invoice processing specific experience in one or more of the following areas (North America invoice processing, Payment preparation, Credit Card Program Management, Expense Report Processing, Partner Payments, Electronic Payments)

  • Microsoft Office Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
