This is where you and your skills come in.

We’re currently looking for a Partner Account Manager:

  • Responsible for selling and managing complete range of Ring Central products and services with Ring Central Partners & Channel Managers

  • Lead Qualification and Sales Pipeline Management

  • Consultative Selling / Selling Through Curiosity when speaking with clients & Ring Central Partners

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to securing the deal

  • Present products to prospective clients & Ring Central Partners

  • Provide professional after-sales support as needed to enhance the customers’ satisfaction

  • Negotiate pricing & agreements to win more deals

Desired Qualifications:

  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent are preferred but undergraduates with relevant work experience will be accommodated

  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills

  • 1 year of Sales Experience doing Outbound Sales and/or Inbound Sales

  • Experience with Channel, B2B sales or account management is a plus

  • With strong telemarketing, telesales, and/or hard-selling orientation

  • Strong personality is an advantage

  • Amenable to work night shifts
