This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

Billing and Collections. Daily delinquency notices. Payment and billing reconciliations. Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances. High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers.

Reporting. W eekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor. Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing Net Suite and Excel.

Team Planning. Participate in team planning meetings. Team player able to assist where needed. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

Netsuite Experience. Must have Net Suite experience.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 5 years high volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience

  • Must be an Accounting Graduate

  • Must have a Netsuite experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • **Knowledge of Collections, Cash Applications, and Billing procedures.**B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience.
  • Customer Service and Communication Skills - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to prioritize and handle multipleresponsibilities.
  • Analytical and Reporting skills - Ability to generate reports and using Excel (vlookup, pivots etc) for a key HR programs on a recurring basis, also responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Good at using Microsoft Office Excel:

  • Strong attention to detail goal-oriented
  • Willing to work on night shift
  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
