About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to leverage and tailor group systems and processes to establish the Treasury department in Mexico.

You’ll ensure robust frameworks and controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements and support the development of the wider business while optimising returns.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing frameworks for ALM and liquidity management to ensure optimal asset and liability structure, ensuring regulatory compliance within the function
• Overseeing interest rate gap, duration, and EVE/NII sensitivities to various interest rate shocks
• Proposing adequate hedges to mitigate the identified risk according to regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite
• Running and monitoring liquidity gap and key liquidity metrics
• Assessing credit spread sensitivity of non-trading book instruments, and supporting implementation of CSRBB risk frameworks in line with EBA guidelines
• Designing and updating ALM models and periodic updates
• Conducting stress testing, actively contributing to ICAAP and ILAAP
• Implementing FTP policy
• Preparing ALM dashboards and required internal/external reports, and supporting ALCO materials and discussions
• Drafting and maintaining governance policies, documentation, and methodologies
• Leading or contributing to strategic initiatives within the ALM function
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Product teams

What you'll need

• A solid understanding of bank balance sheet structure and risk management principles
• Expertise in technical treasury and ALM operations
• A great understanding of interest rate, FX, liquidity, and credit spread risk measurement
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as Basel III, CRR/CRD, EBA/ECB, and IRRBB and CSRBB
• Experience in a regulated Mexican banks or financial institutions
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience drafting documentation in a regulatory context
• SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• An AMIB certification
