About the role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the day-to-day operations in Switzerland, building and optimising scalable processes
- Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Overseeing 1st line of defence functions
- Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions
- Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in Lithuania, London, and our other global offices
- Managing critical vendor relationships, building performance tracking systems, developing strategic supply chain partnerships, and negotiating commercial terms
- Monitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines, and liaising with relevant service owners, ensuring proper controls are placed
- Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
- Creating and maintaining MI to monitor growth metrics and risk incidents
- Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials to facilitate them
What you'll need
- Top academic credentials from a leading university and STEM degree
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting
- Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
Nice to have
- Experience working with regulators
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
