About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We're looking for a forward-thinking Finance Operations Manager to be at the forefront of managing our financial processes. You'll be driving efficiency and enhancing control frameworks into how we conduct audits.

This role is varied and wide-ranging, suitable for an operations manager with Big 4 experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting on the creation and automation of regulatory reports
• Collaborating on the creation of dashboards for financial analysis submitted to the CFO and Board under local GAAPS
• Aiding in the automation of disclosure notes for quarter and annual reports
• Following up on the set-up and use of accounting platform tools to support local financial controllers
• Diving into root causes for general ledger breaks to smooth escalation and analysis from Accounting and Technology teams
• Assisting on the automation of local journal entries

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics
• Proficiency in handling large, high-volume transaction datasets, with working knowledge of SQL
• Experience managing complex projects end to end
• An analytical mindset
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Expertise in project management, problem solving, root cause analysis, financial analysis, and/or strategy consulting
• Proficiency in Python
