About the role

At Revolut, we do Ops differently. Our operations experts manage the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business. Then they create scalable solutions that keep pace with our ambitious growth plans.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech as we continue our expansion in Colombia. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Building and optimizing scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth in Colombia
• Translating data insights into actionable product strategies
• Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end to end
• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What you'll need

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis
• 5+ years of experience within the Colombian banking industry as a project manager, consultant, corporate strategist, etc.
• A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute on your recommendations

• Experience in fintech
