About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to leverage and tailor group systems and processes to establish the Treasury department in Colombia.

You’ll ensure robust frameworks and controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements and support the development of the wider business while optimising returns.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the development and enhancement of the local ALM framework
• Monitoring and analysing balance sheet structure, funding strategies, and capital position
• Assisting in measuring and managing interest rate and liquidity risks
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies
• Preparing analysis and management information to support decision-making
• Collaborating closely with Treasury, Finance, and other business teams
• Contributing to ALM policy development and internal reporting processes

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management within a bank, focusing on ALM and portfolio management
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• A solid understanding of Colombian banking regulations
• Knowledge of treasury topics, such as liquidity, funding, and capital management
• Impressive quantitative skills, including model building and curve construction
• A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify root causes, and create elegant solutions
• A degree in economics, finance, business, maths, or science subject

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies in a financial/quantitative field
• Experience supporting funding strategies for banks
• Coding knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar)
