About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to implement cross-functional elements of the risk management framework in Argentina, including governance structures, maintenance of RAS, and the monitoring and reporting of daily risk exposures.

You'll be a key member of the local risk function and custodian of the enterprise risk framework, in line with BCRA regulatory expectations and Revolut Group standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with the first line of defence to identify, assess, and review risks across all risk types
• Supporting the development and maintenance of core risk artefacts, including risk policies, KRIs, and the risk appetite statement
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds, and producing risk reports for senior management and governance forums
• Operating the risk incident management process, including risk event tracking, and reporting to management and regulators
• Supporting the New Initiatives Approval Process, ensuring appropriate local governance and SME engagement
• Ensuring Group risk taxonomies and frameworks are appropriately applied and localised
• Ensuring consistency between risk identification, KRIs, incident management, and risk reporting in a digital-first operating model

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• Experience in enterprise or operational risk management, or a related role
• Experience adapting international risk frameworks to local regulatory requirements
• A solid understanding of enterprise risk management expectations in Argentina, including those embedded in the BCRA’s integrated risk framework
• Great analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• The ability to operate effectively within a three lines of defence model
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• A degree or certification in risk management
• Experience implementing third-party/vendor or model risk programmes
• Experience in consumer-focused financial institutions (banks, fintechs, or similar)
• Exposure to regulatory interactions, inspections, or supervisory reviews
• Familiarity with MI or reporting tools for risk aggregation (no advanced coding required)
