About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our world-class team and support the next phase of growth. You'll contribute to the credit strategy and monitor its performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring credit performance and forecast accuracy
• Creating analysis to support strategic decisions
• Supporting the CFO on special projects, such as corporate development
• Setting KPIs for the Credit department and monitoring performance
• Supporting indirect GP analysis of Credit Cards and other credit products
• Developing insightful frameworks to improve performance of credit initiatives
• Conducting scenario and in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on market expansion

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in retail credit analytics or retail credit risk, private credit, or FP&A/strategy role at a top-tier credit provider
• Impressive financial modelling and data analysis skills
• A solid understanding of retail credit products, such as credit cards
• Knowledge of credit accounting and corporate finance
• At least a 2:1 degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top-tier university
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other relevant industry certification, or MBA from a top-tier university
• Experience in a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
• The ability to analyse datasets outside spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Python
