About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Australia. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the HR function, developing and driving strategic initiatives to grow Revolut in Australia
  • Driving performance and building a values-driven culture, partnering with the leadership team to develop and implement a People strategy that supports business growth objectives
  • Developing, implementing, and managing a people strategy that supports business objectives, ensuring prioritisation of best-practice governance and employee engagement
  • Functioning as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team in relation to key organisational and people management issues
  • Reporting on HR capabilities and development areas to RPA boards and Revout Group Ltd
  • Overseeing operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, and career development while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Embedding the company's values across the department through various initiatives, including internal events, town halls, and communications
  • Contributing to the development of a robust culture through role-modelling the company's values and the behaviours that drive this culture

What you'll need

  • A university degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a progressive human resources environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience delivering strategic support to senior managers and executives
  • To be well-versed in remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys, and HR systems implementations
  • Knowledge of remuneration and performance in a regulated context
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
  • To be a pragmatic leader with a commercial mindset who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • A data-oriented and results-driven approach, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a cross-cultural and corporate environment, with matrix reporting

Nice to have

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as finance, banking, or telecommunications
  • Experience starting your own business or being a key founding member
  • An MBA
