About the role
Revolut’s Talent Programmes team runs our internship and graduate programmes, helping the brightest early-career talent launch their careers. Our Creative Marketing function leads the global promotion of these programmes through data-informed events, campaigns, and content.
We’re looking for a Graduate Creative Marketing Manager to grow our online presence, experiment with new formats, and deliver high-impact creative work. You’ll partner across Recruitment, Social, and Design teams to bring our programmes to life and strengthen Revolut’s employer brand as a leading early careers destination.

What you'll be doing
- Working closely with the Senior Creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative, data-informed content that engages early-career audiences across social platforms
- Creating authentic content that showcases intern and graduate voices, experiences, and stories from within Revolut
- Supporting the ideation, planning, and execution of social media, blog, video, and campaign content across the year, using performance insights to refine and improve output
- Writing clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional assets
- Supporting the creation and delivery of newsletters and email campaigns for the early-career community, tracking engagement and optimising where needed
- Capturing content at events and offline activities, working with recruiters, designers, and videographers
- Collaborating with Social Media Managers to analyse content performance, pull reports, and share insights on what’s working and where we can improve
- Researching social media, content, and student marketing trends, using platform analytics to shape new ideas, channel launches, and creative approaches
- Supporting internal employer brand content, presentations, and webinar promotion materials
- Researching, scoping, and supporting submissions for early-career employer awards to strengthen Revolut’s external reputation
What you'll need
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field
- To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Fluency in English (native level)
- Impeccable written communication skills, with a clear interest in copywriting and content creation
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- An interest in social media, content trends, and creative marketing
- Basic experience or familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
- To be comfortable working with data and insights to measure performance, optimise content, and inform creative decisions
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to learn and make an impact
- Full-time availability from June 2026
Nice to have
- Experience creating content through internships, student societies, personal projects, or part-time roles
- An interest in university marketing or campus recruitment, and how brands engage students today
- To be comfortable attending events and capturing content in live, real-world settings
