About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Head of Finance who'll build and lead a local finance team. You'll oversee an array of financial aspects, from strategy and control to reporting and regulator management.

What you’ll be doing

• Being a key member of the leadership team, overseeing all financial aspects in Switzerland
• Leading management accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, and balance sheet management
• Providing strategic advice and operational management information to support rapid expansion
• Understanding and communicating financial performance, risks, and management to leadership and the Board
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process, aiming to increase financial performance
• Assuming responsibility for the taxation and regulatory reporting requirements required locally to ensure compliance
• Performing risk management by overseeing liabilities and investments, deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks as well as capital structure
• Ensuring cash flow is appropriate to support operations
• Leading the external audit programme according to group and local requirements
• Advising on technical accounting and financial implications related to new product development

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, including financial analysis or financial control functions
• Experience in financial services or banking
• Experience building teams within a fast-growing organisation
• A structured and logical approach to problem-solving
• Great motivation and focus on delivery

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar role (finance and strategy, etc.) in a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
• A chartered accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, etc.), CFA, and/or MBA
• Industry expertise in banking/credit products, card payments, wealth and trading, crypto, insurance, etc.
• Experience in marketing or B2B sales
