About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across Brazil. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Executing entry and implementation strategies of new products
• Developing strategic operational and growth partnerships
• Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams across our global offices, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut locally
• Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems
• Leading detailed scoping of local market requirements to identify gaps

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, fintech, or similar
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• An ability to spot strategic business opportunities
• Familiarity with the competitive financial and technological landscape in Brazil
• Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to break big tasks into smaller ones that can be monitored and tracked
• To be able to prioritise projects within tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-performance environment
• A team player attitude to collaborate with peers globally and deliver results
• An eagerness to learn new skills and take a hands-on approach to complete tasks

• Proficiency in SQL
• In-depth regulator knowledge
• Entrepreneurial experience
• A network of leaders in startup, finance, regulatory, or public affairs to tap into
