About the role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We're looking for a data-driven Head of Marketing to lead growth across our Revolut Business product suite in central and eastern Europe. You'll drive impactful go-to-market strategies and manage the development of market-leading campaign calendars.

What you'll be doing
- Driving impactful go-to-market strategies by overseeing audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and positioning to stay on top of the competitive landscape
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights to steer and validate product and marketing roadmaps
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to design market-leading campaign calendars that drive engagement across the entire funnel
- Owning tone of voice and style guides for designated markets, and adapting global campaigns aligned to local nuances
- Running experiments to test hypotheses, bringing analytical rigour to campaigns to inform the go-to-market strategy
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth tech company) with an understanding of both SMB and large/enterprise segments
- A proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive data-driven growth strategies across the entire B2B customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue)
- Experience with consultative B2B sales cycles typical in fintech, which often involve multiple stakeholders and require building deep trust
- The ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development
- Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments
- An understanding of regulatory compliance, security credentials, and the unique challenges of selling trust in a sensitive financial context
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN22,600 - PLN26,600 gross monthly
- Poland: PLN22,600 - PLN26,600 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
