About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. We design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our product suite for Revolut in the UK. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll sit at the intersection of global innovation and local excellence by leading strategic direction on our core products and features.

Your mission will be to transition Revolut from a secondary app to our customers' primary financial institution.

What you'll be doing

• Defining and executing the product strategy for financial features (savings and current accounts, crypto, investments, and lifestyle benefits)
• Taking full accountability for delivering gross profit targets, and accelerating regional growth in the UK
• Designing and maintaining a gold-standard control environment to ensure products deliver superior customer outcomes above the regulatory bar (FCA/PRA)
• Collaborating with Product leads to influence global innovation and scale for market-leading, frictionless CX in the UK
• Representing the UK Bank with key external partners, including payment schemes and regulatory bodies
• Building and managing a high-performing team of product and operations professionals
• Launching and scaling new subscription products and core infrastructure to solidify Revolut’s position as a primary financial institution

What you'll need

• Expertise in product development (current accounts, savings, or payments)
• A solid understanding of product mechanics and UK regulations
• A proven track record of P&L management and driving commercial growth within a fintech or retail bank
• Experience with control environment design and navigating UK regulators (FCA/PRA)
• 7+ years of experience leading complex end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R to deconstruct complex problems and deliver impactful solutions
• An exceptional ability to influence internal product leads and manage critical external partnerships
• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field
