About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to ensure customer communications, sales practices, and campaigns are compliant, scalable, and deliver fair customer outcomes.
You’ll translate banking and consumer regulations into practical, end-to-end guidance, own approvals for marketing materials and sales incentives, and manage consumer and conduct risk.

What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams as a first-line compliance advisor
- Reviewing and approving customer communications, marketing campaigns, and sales incentives
- Translating EU banking and consumer regulations into clear, practical business guidance
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating consumer and conduct risk across growth initiatives
- Enabling compliant product and campaign launches through pragmatic, solution-oriented advice
- Challenging commercial decisions constructively while supporting delivery at pace
- Documenting regulatory decisions to ensure they are clear, defensible, and auditable
- Supporting BAU compliance activities, including regulatory change, controls, and risk tracking
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in a first-line compliance role within banking or a regulated financial institution
- Expertise in EU consumer and banking regulations (e.g., PSD2, EBA Guidelines, consumer protection)
- A proven ability to translate regulations into practical, business-ready solutions
- Experience partnering with Growth, Sales, or Marketing teams
- Confidence in making independent decisions and challenging stakeholders constructively
- A customer-centric mindset, balancing regulatory risk with commercial delivery
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN19,100 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
