About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to implement cross-functional elements of the risk management framework in Colombia, including governance structures, maintenance of RAS, and the monitoring and reporting of daily risk exposures.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with the second line of defence to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks of all types
• Coaching the business to design and implement controls
• Developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statement
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds, producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders
• Implementing the risk incident management process, including registering risk events and managing and delivering risk incident reports to senior management and regulators
• Providing guidance on identifying and assessing inherent/net/residual risks and aligned internal controls
• Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk stakeholders to resolve them within a set timeline
• Working on the New Initiatives Approval Process, ensuring appropriate local SME stakeholder engagement and governance
• Constantly developing and maintaining risk tools and systems
• Facilitating appropriate risk awareness, including organising materials and sessions, and developing risk materials for new employees

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• Experience in operational or enterprise risk management, or related role
• Experience adopting international frameworks to local compliance
• Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
• To be curious with a desire to fully understand how things work
• Great organisational skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

• A degree or certification in risk management
• Experience executing on third party/vendor and model risk programmes
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tooling
