当社のコンプライアンス部門に参加し、専門知識を提供し、革新的な製品ソリューションの企画・設計に積極的に意見を述べる、コンプライアンス部門のエキスパートを募集しています。当部門におけるすべての規制関連トピックを管理して頂きます。お客様に最高のソリューションを提供するために、当社内における全ての部署と連携して業務を進めて頂きます。

What you'll be doing

業務内容

• 法令違反を未然に防ぐために、内部統制の導入および有効性の確認をする。
• オペレーションチームと積極的に協業し、製品ソリューションのコンプライアンススコープおよび設計のサポートを行う。
• 当社に関連する法令について、定期的に全社員研修のための資料作成及び研修の実施。
• 複雑で斬新な当社プロダクトに対して、コンプライアンスの立場からビジネスマインドに基づいたリスクベースの解決策を提案する。
• 英国本社および当社のコンプライアンスチームとの交流をリードし、複数のプロジェクトやイニシアチブにおける整合性と問題解決を図る。
• オペレーションチームやCSチーム等の第一線における業務サポート。
• 部門内で必要な内部統制の強化や是正作業を推進する。
• 当局へ提出する書類の管理及び当局との折衝

What you'll need

応募資格

• 金融機関でのコンプライアンスに関する専門的な知識
• 金融機関でのコンプライアンスもしくは法務の経験が5年以上
• 規模に応じたビジネス/商業的成果の達成実績
• 実証的な問題解決能力とマインドセット
• 論理的思考でデータを定量的に用いた問題解決アプローチ
• 解決志向のメンタリティを持ち、革新的で創造的な解決策を見出すことができる方

• 当局対応の経験者
