Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding and development, to partnering with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Specialist (Rewards) to ensure our employees are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll work with our global team to develop compensation, benefits, and rewards policies to maintain a world-class employee experience for all Revoluters.

What you’ll be doing
- Leveraging knowledge of market practice and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation practices
- Leading the annual compensation lifecycle, including internal planning, coordination, and implementation
- Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submission, and salary review processes
- Reviewing and updating compensation-related procedures, policies, and data repositories as needed
- Supporting the implementation of new compensation policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance on a global basis
- Actively supporting other People team members on ad-hoc compensation and rewards projects and initiatives
What you'll need
- 4+ years of relevant corporate or consulting experience in areas such as compensation or rewards
- Experience supporting compensation processes across APAC countries
- A solid understanding of key compensation principles, including job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive frameworks
- Great analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
- Solid collaboration skills to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, tech, or a startup
- A CIPD qualification
- Experience in an international team
- Working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
