About the role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.

We’re looking for a Head of Strategy and Operations to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Being an entrepreneurial agent of Revolut, project-managing work-flow to launch the company in international markets
• Scoping new markets for Revolut to enter, advising and executing on entry and implementation strategy
• Developing strategic partnerships with regulators, key operational, and growth partners
• Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in London and our global offices
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities
• Working closely with the Global Authorisations (Licensing) team to deliver on Revolut’s ability to operate with a licence
• Incorporating and setting up new offices in new countries
• Hiring local teams to build a foundation for an official launch and beyond
• Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems

What you'll need

• An ability to spot opportunities for Revolut to snap up
• Familiarity with the competitive finance and technology landscape in expansion markets
• Organisational and project management skills, and a natural ability to break big tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be monitored and tracked
• 10+ years experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, expansion, fast-growing startups, or similar
• Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively tight timeframes
• A team player attitude to work closely with others and deliver results
• The ability to manage and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
• To think and reason logically and work empathetically
• An eagerness to learn and take on tasks that might be out of your comfort zone
• To be proactive and willing to volunteer to get it done

• A network of leaders in startup, finance, and/or regulatory and public affairs to tap into
