About the role

Our Audit team is critical to our business. They work closely with Risk and Compliance to create internal risk management and compliance processes, and make sure they’re running efficiently.

We're looking for an Internal Auditor to assess finance, treasury, and financial risk processes/frameworks, highlighting any gaps to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You’ll also share your expertise and help train other auditors to elevate the team’s technical skills.

What you'll be doing

• Participating and conducting audit fieldwork, planning and reporting through test execution, including data analysis and production of final reports
• Identifying issues and discussing them with relevant stakeholders
• Following up on action plans to ensure their correct implementation
• Participating in continuous assessment of risks through data and risk analysis
• Assisting in preparing the annual audit plan

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in financial risk or treasury
• 5+ years of experience as an auditor specialised in finance risk within a financial institution
• A thorough understanding of accounting and other finance processes, such as French GAAP, IFRS, ILAAP/ICAAP, IRRBB
• Familiarity with treasury, capital, liquidity, and investment risk management
• Knowledge of financial market regulations, including prudential/capital regulation and Basel
• An impressive analytical background, with expertise manipulating data to perform audits

Nice to have

• To be a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
