About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead our financial model design in Peru. Reporting to the CFO, you'll use your expertise in data structuring and analysis to forecast accurately using OLAP cubes and SQL databases, as opposed to Excel. What you’ll be doing

• Owning a portion of the financial forecast that is used by Ex Co, the board, regulators, investors, product teams etc.
• Designing financial models and structuring data to facilitate easy analysis and scenario planning in the future
• Building financial models that use both historical data and industry metrics to create insightful forecasts
• Using best-practice techniques to ensure accurate and robust financial forecasts
• Collaborating closely with our Accounting, Data Science, Growth, Treasury, Risk, and other teams to ensure consistency in our work
• Creating and explaining analysis for Ex Co and other stakeholders
• Improving processes to be more robust, accurate, and efficient

What you'll need

• A structured and logical approach to solving problems
• 2+ years of experience in financial modelling/analysis, data analysis, or data transformation within investment banking, management consulting, tech startup, etc.
• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top-tier university
• Experience designing and building multiple large financial models, such as three-statement models
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of SQL

Nice to have

• Experience in bank modelling or Infrastructure modelling
• Knowledge of banking regulations (capital, liquidity, etc.)
• A relevant professional qualification (CFA, ACA, etc.)
