About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager who's an expert on IFRS to manage technical accounting and financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Using Workiva to prepare and review our annual and quarterly financial statements
• Ensuring that financial statements comply with relevant requirements and best practises
• Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process
• Developing the Group’s accounting policies, ensuring they're up to date and in compliance with IFRS
• Providing financial reporting and technical accounting advice on the launch of new products, expansion initiatives, and corporate restructuring activities
• Supporting the ongoing development of technical accounting and financial reporting policies, processes, and controls to ensure objectives are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner
• Leading the external audit process

What you'll need

• To be a designated accountant (e.g., ACA, CPA) with a relevant degree from a top university
• 5+ years of post-qualified experience in a senior accounting or finance role (controllership function, internal accounting, reporting, assurance, etc.)
• Expertise applying IFRS, technical accounting, and financial reporting in a banking or fintech environment
• Experience with reporting requirements for listed entities (preferably SEC-related)
• 4+ years of people leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills to plan and organise work efficiently
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems
• Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Great motivation and focus on delivery

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience with Net Suite and/or Workiva
• IPO experience

Compensation range

• US: $162,500 - $180,600 gross annually
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
