About the role

Our Audit team is critical to our business. They work closely with Risk and Compliance to create internal risk management and compliance processes, and make sure they’re running efficiently.

We're looking for a motivated Internal Auditor with experience auditing bank or financial services operations, such as technology, payments, and operational resilience. You’ll be executing internal audits and adapting your skills to auditing new subject matter.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing audit programs aligned with internal policies, global methodology, and specific local regulatory requirements in Argentina
• Proactively leveraging data analytics to assess risks, test controls, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable business insights
• Leading risk identification, root-cause analysis, and the drafting of value-add audit reports and recommendations
• Engaging cross-functional teams to optimize controls, manage audit timelines, and independently validate the closure of findings
• Delivering the local audit plan on time, ensuring the timely follow-up, monitoring, and closure of all audit recommendations/findings

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in an audit-related role (internal or external aaudit)
• Expertise in banking, including deep knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of AML and specific regulatory requirements in Argentina (e.g., BCRA, UIF, CNV)
• Fluency in English
• Impressive critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications, such as ACAMS or CIA
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
