About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for an Information Security Manager to collaborate with regulators, management, and the Risk and Compliance team to oversee all things related to information security. You'll ensure proper documentation and reports are accurate and compliant.

What you'll be doing

• Managing information security BAU operations, including vulnerability and patch management, KRIs tracking, and control effectiveness assessments
• Advising on and implementing information security policies into practical, compliant procedures aligned with local regulations
• Supporting regulatory audits and engagements with CNBV and Banxico, including documentation and evidence preparation
• Drafting, reviewing, and supporting responses to regulatory requests and RFIs
• Conducting third-party security reviews, risk assessments, and annual vendor reviews
• Collaborating with Global Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure consistency and scalability of controls
• Managing Info Sec initiatives to improve maturity, automation, and effectiveness of the security programme
• Reporting on Info Sec risks, incidents, and maturity to senior management

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in information security or IT operations within financial services, banking, or fintech
• Knowledge of Info Sec governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with regulatory requirements and financial authorities
• Familiarity with Info Sec controls across multiple security domains
• Experience managing third-party or intra-group IT and information security services
• A technical understanding of cloud environments and modern technology stacks
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Fluency in English
• To be based in Mexico City (this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days/week in office)

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience with SQL
• A STEM degree
• Relevant information security certifications (CEH, CISM, CISA, CISSP, Comptia Security+)
