About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a well-organised Facilities Manager to handle the company's mail, including office correspondence, logistics, and documentation.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring a professional, well-maintained office environment by overseeing presentation standards, enforcing policies, and managing vendors
• Managing office operations, including supplies, procurement, and catering logistics, to keep the workplace fully functional and efficient
• Leading workplace safety initiatives by ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and coordinating emergency preparedness activities
• Serving as the designated first aid responder, while maintaining medical supplies and readiness for incidents
• Overseeing end-to-end physical and digital mail operations, ensuring accurate documentation tracking and smooth daily execution across locations
• Coordinating with stakeholders, managing inquiries, and maintaining clear communication regarding mail processes and issues
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the Engagement Champion to strengthen workplace culture
• Providing full logistical and on-site coordination for company events while proactively enhancing the social and office experience

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• The capacity to work independently and take initiative when required
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse duties and learn new skills
• Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner
• Fluency in English
