About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Treasury Investment Management team. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end reconciliation and settlement activities, overseeing treasury and operational accounts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while supporting the stability and efficiency of our financial processes.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing end-of-day settlement processes, ensuring adherence to local procedures and regulations
• Supporting the development of reconciliation processes and ensuring appropriate accounting records are maintained
• Implementing new procedures in line with product development and new services
• Collaborating with other departments on the first and second lines of defence to ensure cohesion with internal functions and adherence to regulations
• Performing regular controls on liquidity and accounts to ensure proper balances are maintained at all times

What you'll need

• A degree from a top university in economics, business administration, mathematics, finance, or accounting
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced banking or fintech environment
• Experience driving strategies, planning processes, and working on complex projects within financial services
• Excellent communication skills
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
