About the role
Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.
We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert with solid experience in local payments. You'll ensure efficient and secure operations, maintain compliance, and manage relationships with key payment systems throughout the country. You'll need to know how to manage risks and make independent decisions.

What you'll be doing
- Establishing the local payments infrastructure in the market
- Building and maintaining genuine relationships with local payment systems, serving as Revolut’s main point of contact
- Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and operational procedures
- Managing end-to-end payment operations, including processing, reconciliation, settlement, and issue resolution with local payment systems
- Coordinating with internal IT and other departments to resolve technical issues, support compliance needs, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
- Monitoring payments performance, reporting key metrics, and identifying risks, such as fraud or operational disruptions, along with recommending controls
- Staying engaged with industry forums and up-to-date with regulatory changes, market trends, and innovations to continuously improve expertise
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in local payment schemes
- User certifications/trainings for operations in the local payment systems
- In-depth knowledge of local payments legislation
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
Nice to have
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance
- SQL skills
- Experience setting up payments infrastructure
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN13,100 - PLN20,400 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
