Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 1 million developers using it. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support and enable the executive office for scale. You will work daily in-step with the CEO and Founder to anticipate and ship priorities quickly.

This role is ideal for a high-agency, detailed, and quality driven operator that can meet and accelerate the Founder’s energy and manage the executive’s office. The work is fast-paced, highly visible and constantly evolving.

This role is fully remote, based in Brazil, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

• Provide daily support to the CEO, including triaging his inbox, managing his calendar and handling other daily priorities across multiple time zones

• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep the executive office running smoothly

• Support the executive team with end-to-end travel arrangements for themselves or hosted events— including itineraries, flights, and accommodations

• Support Ops for internal and external events, including managing vendors, purchasing orders, and shipping logistics

• Manage special projects and ad hoc requests as they arise from the executive office

• Act as backup support for internal services as needed

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• 3+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in scaling environments

• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality

• Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and strong judgment

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and proactively taking ownership of work
