Your goal is to turn complex customer behaviors and market trends into executable growth programs. You will own the Why behind our performance and the How for our next phase of growth. We are looking for a candidate with endless curiosity, a relentless bias for action, and the commercial acumen to influence decision-making.
You Will:

-
Partner Globally: Act as a strategic consultant to P&L owners and cross-functional leads. As part of a high-growth site, you will help define the analytical standards for one of the most diverse and mission-driven organizations in fintech.

-
Global Mindset: Experience working across time zones (US/Europe/India) and an understanding of the nuances of the European remittance landscape.
-
