About the Role:

As a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will lead the strategy and daily management of performance marketing channels across the United States and Canada. You will lead a team of media buyers and own a multi-million dollar paid media budget, with direct accountability for delivering new customer acquisition targets within defined efficiency guardrails. You Will:

  • Lead Performance Strategy: Define and execute the strategy, planning, and management of performance marketing channels across North America.
  • Own Budget Management: Accountable for end-to-end budget management, pacing, forecasting, and reallocation across a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Drive Acquisition: Lead the team to achieve new customer acquisition targets as the primary success metric, balancing scale with efficiency.
  • Develop Talent: Lead and mentor a team of digital media buyers, establishing clear goals, operating rhythms, and accountability.
  • Optimize Measurement: Apply advanced understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Creative to develop testing frameworks and learning agendas; partner with Analytics to interpret complex performance signals into actionable insights.
  • Communicate Impact: Provide clear weekly performance updates in metric reviews, highlighting results, drivers, and risks to leadership.

You Have:

  • Experience: 10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Management: 3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing media buying teams.
  • Budget Ownership: Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar budgets across major digital performance channels.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in performance marketing measurement, including attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to lead key initiatives and handle unforeseen issues with limited management oversight.
  • Influence: Strong ability to change thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations without damaging relationships.
  • Communication: Proficiency in translating data into concise narratives for senior and executive-level stakeholders.
