About the role

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering supply chain initiatives that help to ensure our products and experiences reach our members and customers efficiently, reliably, and sustainably.

In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution, turning strategy into operational outcomes. You’ll collaborate across Supply Chain, Technology, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience and support REI’s enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment to business goals and timelines
  • Translate strategy into clear project plans, requirements, and actionable deliverables
  • Partner across business and technical teams to align priorities, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Ensure solutions are operationally ready by aligning processes, systems, and business needs
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance how work is delivered at scale
  • Build strong partnerships and foster alignment across teams
  • Mentor peers and contribute to consistent, effective project management practices

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience working in or supporting supply chain operations and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound, data-informed decisions

Pay Range

$85,400.00 - $136,700.00 per year
