Schedule Monday Through Friday 8: 00 AM - 4:30 PM

Our team is seeking Cardboard Sort Associates to aid our recycling program in order to help us create better outdoor experiences by ensuring that REI’s standards are properly applied and maintained in our Distribution Center.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

How you will be successful:

• Safely handle product, specifically, but not limited to, cardboard being returned from our retail stores, and Distribution Center equipment.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 10 hour shifts.
• Work well in a team-based environment while staying focused on task at hand.
• Flexible, with the ability to navigate different departments based on the business need.
• Easy to navigate directions and feedback to and from others.
• Attention to detail in all tasks and assignments.
• Work efficiently and safely by setting practical goals, establishing priorities, and producing to standard.

Pay Range

$18.20 - $20.40 per hour
